Purchasing Mechanism

DIAMONDfair has three categories of products: dry, cold, and frozen. All three can be purchased online through this site by following the steps below :

1. Register your account on this site.
2. Select the desired products and to make it easier, you can click the Shopping Cart icon to browse products by categories.
3. Click "Buy" and continue shopping until you get all the products you want. Each product category (dry, cold and frozen) has a minimum order requirement of Rp 200.000,-.
4. If you want to buy more than one product category, please make sure that the shopping cart of each product has already reached the minimum order requirement.
5. Review your shopping cart. The contents of your shopping cart can be seen from the Shopping Cart icon above.
6. If you still want to continue shopping, please click "Shopping Again".
7. After placing all of the desired products into your cart, please click "Proceed to Checkout".
8. After you click “proceed to checkout”, please add the delivery address: whether if you like to have it delivered to your own address or to others. Continue to click “save & continue to payments”.
9. You will see the recapitulation of yor order before finalizing the transaction. If the order is fixed, please click "Continue To Payment".
10. Choose your payment method, by credit card or bank transfer.
11. If you choose credit card as your payment method, please complete the form containing your card's confidential information.
12. If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive your order and payment status or confirmation by email.
13. After making the payment, please make payment confirmation through "Order Status" on www.DIAMONDfair.co.id or by email that has been sent to you.
14. The Minimum delivery fee is Rp 10.000, - (up to 10 Km). The amount of delivery fee is Rp. 1,000, - /km and it will be adjusted to the distance of the nearest DIAMONDfair in your area to the shipping address.
